“The Man” was one of two songs Michael recorded with Beatles superstar Paul McCartney in 1981. It was eventually released two years later, after “Thriller,” on McCartney’s 1983 album “Pipes of Peace” alongside the much more popular and well known track “Say Say Say.”
Along with the re-release of his “Pipes of Peace” album in 2015, Paul McCartney released a video for “The Man,” which was compiled of footage of Michael visiting McCartney’s UK ranch in 1981.
